About Author :- Jordan Charles was (1871-1959) born in Hungary. He start his career at University of Geneva in 1894. He studied mathematics, astronomy and geophysics at Pazmany University. From 1920 to 1950 he lectured at the University of Technical and Economic Sciece at Budapest. He was awarded the J. Konig prize by L. Eotvos Mathematical and Physical Society and later won the Kossuth Prize for his achievement in the field of mathematics.
